The Path to the Quest
From Authorization to Accreditation
At CheckWorld, we do not view expeditions as merely ticking places off a list. To us, an expedition is cultural literacy with coordinates. It is a distinguished mission to actively engage with peoples, cultures, and heritages. From the foundational history of ancient civilizations to the complex cultural dynamics of the modern world. This process is designed for one ultimate goal: cultivating global citizens as a foundation for global understanding and lasting peace.
To maintain the focused objective and structured nature of our programs, participation in a CheckWorld mission is strictly by invitation. This exclusive process ensures that every participant is prepared for the depth of the cultural immersion ahead. The journey begins with a formal invitation from the CheckWorld Registry.
• The Recipients: Schools, Kids’ Clubs, Youth Councils, and accredited Community Organizations.
Upon acknowledgment of the invitation, Recipients select their participation tier: an EXPEDITION PERMIT or a QUEST CREDENTIAL. These two charters serve as symbolic passports, the essential prerogatives needed to join the mission of understanding the world’s diverse civilizations and cultures.
1.EXPEDITION PERMIT: Fundamental Authorization
• The Purpose: It provides authorization for a delegation to participate in the Foundational Cultural Exchange component of the mission.
• The Access: It grants the invitee cost-free participation, covering accommodation, educational resources, local transportation and meals, for the duration of the scheduled Acess.
2. The QUEST CREDENTIAL: Full Mission Authorization
• The Purpose: This is the secondary tier of authorization required to complete the full mission itinerary.
• The Access: It provides Full Mission Authorization to the delegation for a comprehensive cultural itinerary, and immersion.
• The Activation: The QUEST CREDENTIAL is activated through a Program-Commitment Fee, balancing the invitee's sponsorship of their delegation with CheckWorld’s organizational provisions.
The Expedition Workflow
If you have received a LETTER OF INVITATION, your roadmap to departure follows these four strategic steps:
Step 1: Acknowledge Placement & Authorization Choice
Follow the directives on your LETTER OF INVITATION to formally acknowledge your institution's/organization’s intent to participate by picking your participation tier.
Step 2: Registration
With your EXPEDITION PERMIT or QUEST CREDENTIAL, submit your DELEGATION'S DETAILS.
Step 3: Validation
Upon submition of delegation details, you will be issued with the Authorization of Choice. This formally activates your mission status and confirms your official place within the expedition group.
Step 4: Liaison with the Expedition Navigator
Your delegation will be paired with a CheckWorld Expedition Navigator. They serve as your personal guide through every stage of preparation, from pre-departure logistics to post-expedition review.

Institutional Compliance
To maintain the validity of the invitation, the Recipient must adhere to the following Registry standards:
I. Capacity Adherence: the Recipient must not exceed the maximum allocation specified on LETTER OF INVITATION.
II. Equity and Fair Access: The internal selection process for participants must be transparent, fair, and inclusive.
III. Mission Collaboration: the Recipient must maintain full cooperation with the CheckWorld team to ensure the integrity of the cultural immersion.
IV. Community Impact: the Recipient must ensure post-expedition sharing occurs within the participant’s immediate community to maximize the intellectual value and cultural legacy of the Quest.
