Contact Us
After 17 years of operating from a physical headquarters, CheckWorld has transitioned to a fully remote organizational model. This shift is a strategic evolution, allowing us to transcend geographic boundaries and dedicate our resources directly to the mission that matters: our expeditions.
By moving to a digital infrastructure, we are intensifying our focus on the field, ensuring that the heart of our organization: cultural literacy, remains where it is most impactful.
What This Means for Our Questers & Partners
True Local Stewardship. When we say we “Arrive Like Locals,” we are referring to a deep, respectful integration into the communities we visit. Going remote allows us to collaborate directly with indigenous scholars, heritage custodians, and community leaders who live the cultures we study. By engaging with those who serve as the living heartbeat of these cultures, participants gain the nuanced perspectives necessary to dismantle prejudice and bridge the gap between “us” and “them.”
On-Site Strategy
Our team remains as connected as ever. We have replaced traditional office meetings with Expedition Meet-Ups. Our global staff converges on-site at the start of every new journey to ensure the intellectual depth, cultural impact, and logistical safety of the Quest.
Enhanced Orientations
To ensure every Quester is prepared for deep immersion, all expeditions now include a “Local Landing” Day. This dedicated time serves as a prep-point for briefings and cultural grounding, designed to foster the empathy and inquiry needed before the main Quest begins.
